Our Restitution Recovery Unit, under the direction of Diane Grice, is committed to holding criminals who have been ordered to pay restitution to victims accountable. We strive to recover restitution for crime victims. The unit uses State and national databases to track and locate defendants who have been ordered to pay restitution. 
 

The unit works with crime victims in recovering money to which they are entitled. The unit enters into Restitution Recovery Agreements with defendants to establish payment plans. If restitution is not paid as ordered by the court, the unit seeks sanctions, including jail time, against the offenders.
